Originally from Blenheim, Anna was introduced to chiropractic by her orthodontist, as a way to help ensure that her body was able to cope with the functional and structural changes occurring in her body as she was developing. The health benefits that Anna experienced through chiropractic care had a major influence on her views on health, and the human body. Anna's philosophy on health stems from the understanding that the human body is a self healing, self regulating organism.
Anna is a graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. She primarily practices Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), which incorporates a variety of techniques to address imbalances within the spine, cranial structures, and nerve system. Anna is a certified Craniopath. She also completed post-graduate study in paediatric care, and sports chiropractic, and is passionate about both of these fields.
When she is not in practice, Anna is out and about with her two small boys. She loves all sports, and enjoys keeping fit.
